1. Jeremy allowed me to make many, many changes to the site and try different lay-outs, until I was 100% satisfied.

2. Jeremy was very fast. Every time I sent a mail, I would usually get a response in an hour or less.

3. Questions technically outside of the project but related to starting a web business were was answered thoroughly. Specifically SEO questions.
