The first time I used Website Design Japan, I was happy with the work they did, but I was sometimes frustrated. As I was completely new to this, I had assumed things about the web design but found that I was wrong and it would cost more money (not a lot, but it was irritating). This was very frustrating to me, even though I loved the work that they did. I kept wishing that they would use their experience and say, 'hey, have you thought about this or that?" Anyway, we got it all worked out and I was happy with the work that they did. Nonetheless, for a while, I debated whether to use them or not in the future. Well, I decided to give them another chance almost a year later. This time, they were more proactive and told me of things that I needed to watch for and to do. This extra service is what I needed and I am 110% pleased with the work that they did and would highly recommend them. At the prices they charge, and at the extra service that they provide, I would highly recommend them. Just a little advice for if you are starting out: 1) Try to get your content sorted before making and have an idea of what you want. 2) Think of your keywords first and build your site around the keywords. This will help with SEO. 3) Make sure that you get your site registered in your name. 4) Make sure that you have 100% access to your final files for your website and even get a copy of them for backup purposes.
